Dispatch & delivery
Orders usually leave us within 7 days. We ship to destinations available at checkout. After dispatch, estimated transit is 7–15 days by air or 25–35 days by sea, depending on the service available for your order.
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, local delivery conditions and seasonal disruptions can change the timing.
Charges & customs
The available shipping method and its charge are shown before you place the order. Import duties, customs charges and taxes assessed by your destination are your responsibility unless checkout explicitly states that they are prepaid.
Returns & problems
We do not offer additional voluntary change-of-mind returns beyond rights required by applicable law. For a quality problem, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return or exchange. Include your order number, a description and relevant photos. You initially pay return shipping; we reimburse it after confirming a quality problem for which we are responsible. Keep your shipping receipt.
Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function or safety are not eligible under our voluntary return policy. This does not exclude defects or goods that do not match their description. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us for help. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. Applicable statutory rights, including any longer claim period or required seller-paid return shipping, are unaffected.
