Terms of service

Effective date: 29 September 2026. These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through furcommand.com. FurCommand is operated by 苏州铭溢环贸外贸有限公司 (the “seller”). Please read these terms together with the product information and the Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies linked on this site.

Products and intended use

Product descriptions, variants, prices and availability are shown on the relevant product page and at checkout. Please review the product's intended use, care instructions and suitability information before ordering. Household surface tools must not be used on an animal unless a product's instructions expressly say they are designed for that use. Pet-care products are not a substitute for veterinary or professional grooming advice.

Orders, prices and payment

By submitting an order, you offer to buy the selected items at the total shown at checkout. We will confirm the order details by email. If an item becomes unavailable or a material listing or pricing error is discovered before fulfillment, we will contact you about the available options; any payment collected for an item we cannot supply will be returned through the original payment method. Prices, applicable shipping charges and any taxes collected by us are displayed at checkout before you place the order. Payment methods depend on what is offered at checkout.

Shipping, duties and delivery

Orders ship from China to addresses for which checkout offers a delivery method. We normally dispatch a confirmed order within seven days. Estimated transit after dispatch is 7–15 days by air or 25–35 days by sea when that service is available. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. The recipient is responsible for destination import duties, customs charges and taxes unless checkout expressly says they are prepaid. Returns, quality problems and statutory rights

For a quality problem, contact us within seven days after receiving the item to request a return or exchange. Contact us before sending a parcel so we can provide the correct return instructions and address. You initially pay return shipping; after we confirm a quality problem for which we are responsible, we reimburse that shipping cost. Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function or safety are not eligible under our voluntary return policy. Our Refund Policy gives the full procedure. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer right, including a longer claim period, statutory cancellation right or seller-paid return shipping where required by applicable law; those rights take priority.

Website content and acceptable use

The FurCommand name, site design, photographs and written materials belong to the seller or their respective owners. You may use this site for lawful personal shopping and may not copy its content for commercial use without permission. Do not interfere with the site, misuse its forms or submit false order or contact information.

Liability and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer remedies. If a problem arises, please contact us first so we can investigate and offer an appropriate solution. Applicable law and the forum for any dispute are determined by the rules that apply to your transaction, including any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules in your place of residence.
